Praveen Nair brings over 35 years of leadership experience across India, the UAE, and Oman, managing sales, procurement, operations, HR, and ERP transformations for leading automotive spare-parts distributors and retail groups. Having built and led teams of over 30 staff and driven multi-million-dirham growth in revenue and profitability, he now focuses on remote advisory and mentorship for junior managers and teams in the auto parts trade.
